To be successful in this role, you must have the following:
- 8+ years of customer service and sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional email and CRM correspondence.
- Strong time management, prioritisation, and organisational abilities.
- Confidence in using CRMs, online platforms, and video conferencing tools.High emotional intelligence and empathy, with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up on renewals, quotes, and invoicing.
- A passion for education and delivering meaningful client experiences.
- Ability to build rapport quickly, foster trust, and communicate with professionalism and business etiquette.Skilled in adapting communication style to suit both consumer and business audiences
Some of the activities you will be involved in will include:
1. Act as the first point of contact for all B2B sales enquiries.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and return missed calls within business hours.
- Provide accurate information, pricing, and guidance to help customers complete online purchases.
- Meet New Business Sales Targets (for online sales purchases).
2. Sales & Product Support
- Assist clients in selecting the most suitable training products.
- Conduct virtual demonstrations of learning platforms and dashboards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues efficiently.
- Upsell and cross-sell where a customer’s needs qualify for it
- Refer clients with customised needs to the Sales Team.
3. Customer Portfolio & Renewal Management
- Proactively manage client renewals, providing guidance, reminders, and support throughout the process.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular, timely follow-ups.
- Support account management by adding users and updating subscriptions.
- Achieve renewal targets and follow up on overdue invoices.Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
4. Invoicing & Payment Management
- Oversee the full invoicing process, including issuing invoices, tracking due dates, and managing outstanding accounts.
- Ensure timely payments by proactively following up with clients via phone and email.
- Resolve billing issues professionally while maintaining positive client relationships.
