What You’ll Do:
✔ Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients to provide assistance on loans and other bank products.
✔ Use the company’s call model to ensure efficient and effective client service.
✔ Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and follow up on issues in a timely manner.
✔ Promote and cross-sell LOLC Bank’s products and services.
✔ Maintain accurate and clear records of all customer interactions.
✔ Help achieve monthly collection targets and ensure quality service is consistently delivered.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related course.
Open to fresh graduates – internship or leadership experience is a plus!
1–2 years experience in a call center, customer service, or telecollections role preferred.
Background in banking, microfinance, or loan-related services is an advantage.
Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino.
Professional, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude.
