We are seeking a Capture Coordinator to support business development efforts and lead the capture process for U.S. Government contracts within the Philippines. This role requires proactive client engagement, strategic planning, and coordination with internal teams and local stakeholders to drive business growth. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated professional who can manage multiple projects, build strong relationships, and contribute to competitive proposal efforts.


This is a part-time, 100% remote position Hours are flexible.



Key responsibilities:


Client and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Proactively engage with clients, partners, and government stakeholders to identify and shape new business opportunities.
  • Track and manage client interactions to support pipeline development and relationship management.

Capture Management

  • Lead capture activities for assigned U.S. Government opportunities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and win strategies.
  • Organize and facilitate team meetings, kickoff sessions, and internal reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather intelligence and refine value propositions.

Solution Development

  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to develop technical and management solutions.
  • Assist in building staffing plans and proposal team structures based on opportunity needs.

Proposal Support

  • Prepare proposal-related tools such as templates, past performance references, resumes, and capture matrices.
  • Align proposal content with client priorities and win themes.

Reporting and Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of capture progress, client engagements, and business development metrics.
  • Provide regular updates to the Capture Manager, Chief Growth Officer, and Country Manager.

Additional Responsibilities

    • Assist PMGSEAC in identifying and pursuing BPO sector business opportunities.
    • Perform other duties as needed to support strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications to be successful in the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in capture management, business development, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with U.S. Government contracting processes and regulations.
  • Background in U.S. Military or Philippine Government projects is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to travel across the Philippines for client visits, meetings, and events.
  • Strategic thinking, initiative, and strong analytical skills
  • Proven ability to develop a network and convert leads into qualified opportunities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe Pro, and willingness to learn tools like Salesforce, GovWinIQ, and Capture Management platforms
