We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our dealership team, specializing in European car brands. The ideal candidate is a graduate of a technical course with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a dealership environment. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and vehicle safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on European vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections (engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, etc.).
- Use diagnostic tools and technical manuals to identify issues and implement solutions.
- Ensure timely completion of repair orders and proper documentation of work performed.
- Collaborate with the service team and communicate clearly with service advisors regarding findings and required repairs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area and ensure tools and equipment are in good condition.
- Participate in ongoing technical training and stay updated on new vehicle technologies and repair techniques.
- Conduct test drives to verify vehicle performance and ensure issues have been resolved.
Qualifications:
- With 2–3 years of experience as an automotive technician in a dealership setting, preferably with European car brands (e.g., BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen).
- Proficient in using diagnostic software and basic computer applications.
- Excellent troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English/Filipino.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and good driving skills.

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
