Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and efficiency, escalating when necessary for quick resolution.
- Accurately update and maintain customer records and order details in the system.
- Stay up to date on company policies, services, and procedures to provide accurate and helpful information.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Provide basic troubleshooting support as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must have 6 months BPO experience
- Can start ASAP
- High school graduates or equivalent (college undergraduates welcome).
- Able to work on-site (Cubao, Quezon City) and attend on-site interviews.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Must be living within NCR or Rizal/Antipolo

Salary: Up to Php 23,000 Package
