We are looking for experienced Online Assistants to join our Travel Account team. The role involves assisting customers with travel bookings, changes, and inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer travel-related requests including bookings, cancellations, and itinerary changes using GDS tools (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
- Provide professional and accurate assistance via email, chat, or ticketing systems.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with service standards.
- Accurately update booking details and maintain proper documentation.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while adhering to travel policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience using GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or similar platforms).
- High school graduate (K-12), college level, or graduate.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to work onsite and on a fixed weekday schedule.
