Job Summary:
We are looking for a Chat Support Representative to provide excellent customer service through live chat for our restaurant. You will assist customers with placing orders, resolving issues, answering questions about the menu, and ensuring a smooth and positive online experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat.
- Assist customers with placing, modifying, or canceling orders.
- Provide accurate information about menu items, promotions, and restaurant policies.
- Resolve issues such as incorrect or delayed orders in a friendly and professional manner.
- Communicate with kitchen or delivery staff when necessary to relay customer requests.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing helpful and efficient support.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
Job Types: Full-time, OJT (On the job training)
Pay: Php570.00 per day
