Qualification and Job Responsibilities:
- Financial software proficiency
- Intermediate Accountant Certification
- Financial management
- Financial reporting
- Responsible for the company’s comprehensive accounting, cost accounting, and analysis work;
- Prepare and organize the implementation of financial analysis reports, as well as monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports;
- Responsible for the management of funds and assets;
- Handle tax declarations and annual corporate income tax filing and reconciliation;
- Perform daily bookkeeping, tax declaration, and project settlement;
- Coordinate and communicate with internal departments and external entities on behalf of the finance department;
- Complete other daily management tasks assigned by superiors.
- Job Requirements:
- Major in accounting or related field, associate degree or above;
- Possess comprehensive financial and tax knowledge, familiarity with audit regulations and policies, and understanding of financial management and accounting procedures;
- Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience; familiar with the Philippine financial environment; experience in retail, FMCG, or mining industries is a plus; familiarity with accounting standards and relevant financial, tax, and audit regulations and policies;
- Experience as Finance Manager or higher in a large enterprise, with the ability to coordinate between the group and its subsidiaries;
- Strong sense of confidentiality and professional ethics, meticulous work style, adherence to financial principles; detail-oriented, responsible, with strong communication and teamwork skills; analytical thinking with the ability to identify and solve problems;
- Strong execution and ability to work under pressure;
