City of Imus Doctors Hospital is looking for an organized Claims Assistant (HMO) to join our institution.
As a Claims Assistant (HMO) - Accounts Receivable, you are expected to handle accounts receivables and claims processing in the HMO section.
Qualifications:
- FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOMED TO APPLY
- Graduate of any four (4) years course
- With at least six (6) months experience in HMO processing (hospital / clinical), especially in processing HMO claims and accounts receivables.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Workspace, and Bizbox System.
- With excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Has a strong ability to identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in claims records.
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
