What You Will Do
Nasdaq eVestment, a leading fintech firm, seeks an Analyst to support our global client base for Analytics and data-driven solutions. You'll assist clients via phone, email, and live chat with portfolio analysis, asset flows, and regression-based modeling. The role involves both basic support and complex analysis, serving investment consultants, asset managers, and asset owners.
New hires undergo a comprehensive 12-week onboarding program, learning the eVestment Analytics platform, client landscape, and essential tools like Salesforce and JIRA.
- Provide first-line client service through multiple channels (phone, live chat, email, and Zoom)
- Contribute to improvement projects across the organization
- Collaborate with internal teams on product enhancement
- Conduct client training sessions and create educational content
What We Expect
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Management; comparable experience may be substituted
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a similar organization
- Previous experience in Salesforce for case management is preferred
- Previous experience working the US shift preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel
- Good understanding of financial services is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Amenable to working EMEA shift (3:30PM-12:30AM), and at least twice a week in the Nasdaq Manila office at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
