As a Client Service Associate within our Operations team, you will resolve annuity inquiries and collaborate with stakeholders to drive impactful solutions. You will focus on providing exceptional service and innovative solutions to meet the clients' needs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the investigation and resolution of complex exceptions and issues.
  • Conduct in-depth research to analyze root causes to drive impactful solutions in Operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Provide exceptional client service and support through ensuring timely and effective resolution of high-priority escalations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, cross-functional reams, and client to address and resolve multifaceted issues.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning, identifying opportunities for process improvements and leading initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for professional development.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in customer service, issue resolution, exception handling, or a related role in Financial Services.
  • Strong knowledge of Wealth Management products

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial industry.
