Position: Client Services Manager
Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Manager to join our team. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and a proven track record of successful client management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their objectives
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients, managing their expectations and providing updates as needed
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure their goals are being met and identify areas for improvement
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide clients with the most relevant and effective solutions
- Act as a liaison between clients and our virtual assistants, providing guidance and support as needed
- Prepare and present reports on client performance and satisfaction to management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client services or account management
- Proven track record of successful client management and retention
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of virtual staffing and outsourcing industry is a plus
- 5+ years experience in client success or account management
- Strong background in BPO or outsourcing
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, handle client escalations, and own results
- Excellent English communication skills and problem-solving mindset, good at STRATEGY
- Comfortable working with U.S. clients, managing contracts, and leading with urgency
