Role Overview
The Clinic Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient and high-quality patient care delivery, and maintaining compliance with healthcare standards. This role involves managing clinic staff, coordinating schedules, supervising clinical procedures, and implementing operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any medical allied course and must be a licensed healthcare professional (PRC).
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or people management role within a clinic or healthcare setting
- Proven leadership and team coordination abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized, accountable, and results-driven
- Skilled in coaching, conflict resolution, and patient service excellence
- Proficient in clinic documentation, reporting, and basic health information systems is a plus
Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day clinic operations to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality patient care
- Lead and coordinate clinic staff including nurses, administrative personnel, and support staff
- Monitor staff performance, provide regular coaching and feedback, and manage scheduling and attendance
- Oversee patient flow, appointment scheduling, and service delivery to minimize wait times and improve patient satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Handle and resolve conflicts among staff or patient concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate clinic documentation, incident reports, and inventory management
- Facilitate training and onboarding of new staff members
- Coordinate with physicians, external providers, and management for continuous service improvement
- Generate and submit operational reports and performance metrics to higher management

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
