- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage, supervise, and support clinic staff, including receptionists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and clinic policies.
- Coordinate patient scheduling, billing, and record-keeping processes.
- Monitor and improve patient satisfaction and service quality.
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
- Assist with budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation.
- Implement and update clinic policies and procedures.
- Liaise with healthcare providers, vendors, and insurance companies.
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in healthcare management or clinic administration.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
