- Has a background in Production Work
- A certificate, diploma, or undergraduate degree in IT, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering is an advantage or equivalent qualification required.
- No experience as a CNC machine operator is required; willing to be trained.
- Great attention to detail with a goal-driven attitude.
- Strong comprehension and analytical abilities.
- Good computer and mathematical skills.
- Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.
- Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function
- Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines
- Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications
- Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality
