JOB SCOPE:
- The position is responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of the construction project with expert knowledge on construction costs and contracts.
- Is responsible for the evaluation, selection, monitoring of performance or delivery, and re-evaluation of the best qualified vendor with the most competitive price to provide the requested goods and services to end-users on a timely manner.
- Has a very detailed knowledge of the equipment, materials, and supplies, and able to identify qualified companies that offer them
JOB QUALIFICATION:
- Graduate of 5 years course with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering
- Knowledge in Tender/Procurement Process and Procedures and Construction Contract
- Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and sketch-up
- At least 1 year of experience in Handling Commercial management and Project Management
- Preferably with background on MEPF QS
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
