We are seeking for a skilled Commercial Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our team and support our US-based client.
Job Summary
Senior-level Transaction Coordinator to manage transactions valued anywhere from $1M -$20M+ acquisitions and dispositions from contract to close. Must independently coordinate complex transactions while maintaining professional communication with attorneys, lenders, title companies, and all third parties.
Responsibilities:
● Manage all aspects of acquisitions/dispositions from contract execution through closing
● Coordinate due diligence: inspections, appraisals, environmental reports, financial reviews
● Serve as primary contact with attorneys, title companies, escrow agents, and lenders
● Track critical deadlines and milestone dates across multiple simultaneous transactions
● Review and organize transaction documents for accuracy and compliance
● Utilize Monday.com for project tracking and Google Suite for communications
● Prepare closing checklists and coordinate final documentation
Required Qualifications:
● 3 to 5+ years commercial real estate transaction coordination experience
● Proven track record managing $5M+ transactions
● Expert communication skills with attorneys, lenders, and executives
● Advanced proficiency in Monday.com and Google Suite
● Deep understanding of commercial due diligence and closing processes
● Ability to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously
