As a Transaction Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our deals move smoothly from contract to close. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to manage the administrative tasks involved in the real estate transaction process, from contract to close. The ideal candidate will ensure all documentation is complete, deadlines are met, and communication between all parties is seamless, enabling a smooth and efficient transaction process for clients and agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all documentation related to real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and brokerage requirements.
- Open escrow and coordinate with escrow/title officers, lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and clients.
- Track and manage key contract dates and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of contingencies and documents.
- Maintain constant communication with clients, agents, lenders, and service providers throughout the transaction process.
- Update and maintain CRM systems and transaction management software (e.g., Dotloop, Skyslope, DocuSign).
- Schedule inspections, appraisals, and closings as needed.
- Coordinate signatures and delivery of documents to all necessary parties.
- Provide weekly status updates to clients and agents.
- Resolve issues quickly and proactively to avoid delays in the closing process.
- Assist with post-closing documentation and file archiving.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in real estate, escrow, or transaction coordination (preferred).
- Strong understanding of real estate contracts and terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in transaction management platforms and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Real estate license (preferred but not required, depending on state laws).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php62,500.00 - Php65,000.00 per month
