Assist Educational Sponsorship Specialist in Educational Sponsorship Program operations & implementing activities that will provide quality education for children and youth under the program.
Areas of responsibility:
- Issue clearance certificate for scholars’ fund requisition and submit to the ESS with attached supporting documents.
- Monitor scholars’ school attendance, performance and report problems encountered to the ESPS.
- Disseminate information about meetings, seminars, and important occasions within the program.
- Participate in the screening of prospective programs beneficiaries.
- Attend & facilitate monthly Coordination’s meetings.
- Facilitate training and seminars to usher leadership development of the Scholars.
- Assist ESP volunteers.
- May be required to request medical assistance or other Scholar’s needs and assist in releasing cash advances related to this.
- Maybe required to help in releasing of allowances, tuition fees, school supplies, etc.
- Gather information, photos, and related reports with regards to the Scholar’s current situation.
- Give orientation to new Scholars. and Other tasks as assigned by the ESS.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
