We are currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Company Messenger/Driver to support our business operations. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring timely deliveries, document handling, and coordination between departments and partner locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure secure and confidential handling of documents and packages following company protocols.
- Deliver items on schedule, ensuring timely drop-offs and pickups.
- Maintain accurate delivery records with proper documentation, including transmittal slips.
- Utilize GPS navigation to ensure efficient travel routes.
- Handle urgent deliveries and special assignments as needed.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on assigned vehicles/motorcycles and report any issues promptly.
- Assist with general office errands – such as bank runs, store pickups, and deliveries to partners.
- Be highly responsive to work communications via call, text, or messaging apps (e.g., Viber).
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license (motorcycle and 4-wheel vehicle).
- Proven experience and confidence in driving both motorcycle and car.
- At least 1 year of work experience as a messenger or similar role.
- Proficiency in GPS navigation and route planning.
- Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and integrity.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently across different locations.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle safety and maintenance is a plus.
- Own motorcycle helmet required for safety compliance.
