1. Develop and implement health programs.
2. Provide emergency treatment in the workplace.
3. Administer over-the-counter medication to employees.
4. Create a clean, and comfortable sickbay area.
5. Promote wellness programs.
6. Document all employee injuries and illnesses and keep this information confidential.
7. Communicate with management on a regular basis on arising health concerns.
8. Coordinate with employee who are in sick leave.
9. Conduct contact tracing for communicable illness.
10. Strict implement of policies and procedures to prevent the spread of communicable illness.
11. Facilitate annual physical exam
12. Regular inventory of First Aid Kit and medicines
13. Coordinate of safety officer with regards to accidents
14. Process Medical requirements of Daily employees for Sanitary Permit
15. Filling DOLE annual reports YTD (Medical)
16. Facilitate annual random and mandatory drug test
17. Prepare memorandum and policies related to health and safety
18. Conduct home hospital and home visit.
