* Preferably a Bachelor's Degree holder in either Computer Education, Computer Science, or Information Technology with units in Education or equivalent.
* Preferably a LET passer or has plans of taking it this year
* At least one (1) year of related work experience.
* Demonstrate effective communication skills
* Knowledgeable in graphic design, coding, and programming, software, and application skills.
