- Assisting guest across all properties
- Working Closely with other hotel staff to meet guests’ needs
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of guest information and pertinent hotel data
- Maintain updated knowledge of assets specific to the company’s needs
- Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail
- Maintain positive ongoing relationships
