Job Overview
Livingsprings Communities Realty & Development Corp. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented CONSTRUCTION MANAGER to oversee the technical aspects of construction activities on site.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality standards, technical specifications, and safety regulations are met. The Construction Manager will act as the on-site representative, coordinating updates and communication between Livingsprings Communities and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily site activities to ensure compliance with technical specifications, approved drawings, and project timelines.
- Conduct punch listing of units, both internally and with unit owners, ensuring units are presentable and ready for turnover.
- Monitor and ensure rectification of punch list items in accordance with quality standards.
- Act as the on-site representative of Livingsprings Communities, addressing project concerns and communicating updates to the Head Office.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental protocols while promptly addressing risks.
- Inspect incoming materials and ongoing construction work to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
- Support the Construction Manager in planning, scheduling, and resolving on-site design or engineering challenges.
- Prepare and submit accurate site reports, technical documentation, and progress updates.
- Manage requisitions for materials and tools, ensuring timely delivery and proper usage.
- Provide guidance to site personnel, subcontractors, and construction crews to ensure efficient and effective work performance.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or any related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years or more of experience in site supervision or a similar role, preferably in horizontal and residential construction.
- Fresh graduates with strong potential and demonstrated skills are welcome to apply.
Technical Knowledge
- Solid understanding of construction techniques, materials, and relevant regulations.
- Proficient in material estimation and quantity take-offs.
- Skilled in using AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction software tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time
