Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Follows the proper implementation of Standard Operating Procedure of the assigned duty.
2. Achievement of the company’s goal of 30 marketable sows per year (MSY) and production of superior quality product.

3. Observes cleanliness, orderliness and hygiene.
4. Kitchen Commissary Management
· Conducts proper monitoring and management of acquired goods and supplies to assure the quality of food being served
· Initiates prompt identification of goods with short shelf life for proper cooking management
· Develops alternative way of cooking surplus food to minimize wastage
· Implements the standard stocking policy such as proper arrangement of goods, first in first out system (FIFO) and management of goods which entails specific requirement
· Takes charge on the proper waste segregation and disposal
5. Monitors and ensures the proper usage and inventory of kitchen and cooking utensils.
6. Follows the established instruction on the proper usage and maintenance of building equipments and facilities.
7. Ensures proper budgeting for menu.
8. Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team co – workers.
9. Biosecurity
· Adheres to major protocol such as but not limited to standard showering procedure, four days non-exposure to any contaminants prior to farm entry, 48 hours required downtime in medium security area (MSA) before entry to high security area (HSA).
· Observes the No four legged food product policy inside the farm.
· Ensures all personal belongings used in MSA are not being brought to HSA.
· Guarantees all items brought inside the farm is acceptable and must follow the proper procedure.
· Initiates the implementation and observance of biosecurity procedures at all times.
10. Consults and coordinates with superior of matters that needs to be addressed in the specific area of responsibility.
11. Ensures proper data management.
12. Familiarizes oneself with department/over-all company objectives through record-keeping protocols.
13. Attends staff meetings, seminars and training provided and required by the company
14. Establishes and/or provides training for subordinates’ development.
15. Implementation of balanced diet programs for the employees.
16. Performs other functions as may be required on a temporary basis.
Minimum Qualification:
· At least high school graduate
· Responsible, flexible, hardworking
· Must have at least 6 months of related work experience
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to adjust in the farm production environment.
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skill
· Above average communication skills, both verbal and written
· High initiative and problem-solving skills
· Desire and ability to work in a physically strenuous environment
· Basic knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
