Job Summary:
The Cost Control Manager shall be responsible for overseeing and managing the hotel restaurant's cost efficiency by monitoring food, beverage, and operational expenses. This role ensures that all purchases, inventory, and consumption are properly accounted for and aligned with company standards.
Education:
Relevant degree in hospitality or business.
Skills:
Menu engineering, recipe costing, data analysis, POS system
Work Experience:
F&B Cost control, Banquet operations
Others:
Strong communication, Integrity, and Audit mindset
Note: Preferably from Metro Manila, but must be willing to relocate to Batangas.
