Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Training Officer
1. Facilitates Annual Management System Refresher
2. Facilitates new hire orientation of employees
3. Facilitates training/seminar/webinar of RD Corporation and RD Group as requested.
4. Identifies and assesses training needs of the employee through training needs survey and consultations.
5. Develops training/webinar modules for internal trainings.
6. Coordinates with internal and external training providers.
7. Responsible for the yearly training budget.
8. Submits cost saving report of conducted webinars /trainings monthly and annually.
9. Submits training plans and accomplishment for monthly CPMD Report and SDCC Report.
10. Responsible for training preparation such as venue preparation, facilitation of food, attendance, training feedback/evaluation and others.
11. Prepares training evaluation summary per webinar.
12. Encodes training hours for the employee training history in coordination with Training Assistant.
13. Prepares training certificate for attendees and certificate of appreciation for the speaker.
14. Responsible for the cash advances for speaker’s honorarium and token.
15. Uploads webinar videos in designated drive.
Duties and Responsibilities - Labor Relations Officer
1.Leads the RD Group EMC. Ensures that it’s by laws is approved. Formulates plans, programs and activities to carry out its goals per approved by laws. Seeks approval on these plans, programs and activities and ensures that implementation is successfully done after approval.
2.Administers, evaluates and analyzes various PMD studies/ surveys in order to solicit feedbacks from all the employees to know their perceptions, feelings and attitudes to be able to address issues and concerns that will help develop a positive working environment for everyone.
3. Accountable for labor relations activities as they relate to all aspects of employee relations and conflict resolutions.
4. Develop/design labor relations related policies and procedure and ensure that the information is communicated and understood by both internal and external clients. (Employees within and Subsidiaries)
5. Responsible to counsel employees which may affect or may be affected by the employment relationship within the organization.
6. Responsible for the proper and strict implementation of the company rules and regulations and oversees and ensure employee compliance.
7. Ensure compliance on the government sanctions concerning occupational safety and health programs.
8. Represent the company in any seminars, consultations, conferences, conventions regarding Labor Relations and conduct re-echo to other PMD heads of different RD Subsidiaries.
9. Recommends changes in existing policies, systems or procedures to ensure compliance with existing, new or proposed regulations.
10. Monitors and regularly reports on a quarterly basis during MANCOM meetings employee relations benchmarks such as satisfaction, accession and retention or turnover/separation rates/ratio.
11. Other related tasks as may be assigned form time to time.
12. Coordination with LINK/EMC for RD Group and RD Corporation Events and activities (e.g. Sportsfest, Safety Contest, ESA, RD Group Thanksgiving/Christmas party, etc.)

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
