Job Summary:
The Customer Care Patient Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a positive and seamless experience for patients by managing patient communications, appointments, and care coordination. This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing their concerns, and working closely with practice management team to ensure that patients receive timely and effective care.
Key Responsibilities:
o Patient Interactions
o Serve as the first point of contact for patients, answering inquiries via phone (inbound and outbound calls) and email.
o Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient needs, concerns, and questions promptly and professionally.
o Assist patients with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations, ensuring efficient use of healthcare providers’ time.
o Provide patients with educational information and resources related to their appointment. o Responsible of sending SMS reminders for all the patients before the event.
o Coordinate with healthcare providers to facilitate patient care that includes scheduling, and follow-up appointments.
o Ensure patients are informed of their appointment details, and any required preparations before seeing the patients.
o Assist in the coordination of multidisciplinary care, ensuring that all aspects of patient care are addressed
o Adding patients in Open Dental.
Practice Management Support:
- Administrative Duties
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including personal information, appointment history, and care notes.
o Verify patient insurance information, obtain necessary insurance details
o Any other related practice management support if required.
Location:Cabancalan Mandaue City, Philippines (Hybrid – Onsite/WFH) Preferred CEBU Base candidates.
Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 EST (flexible based on business needs)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (2 days off per week)
