Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward candidates at all times.
- Responding promptly to candidate inquiries.
- Communicating with candidates through various channels ( emails and phone calls).- Processing application forms and requests.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- CRM management-Other as hoc tasks.
Qualification:
- At least college level.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Comfortable with computers.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or Google Workspace ( G Suite) and agility in learning new internal software and systems.
Minimum Requirements:- i5 10th Gen or equivalent, 8GB RAM, 2GB Video Card or Integrated Graphics Card, Windows 10 or macOS (no Netbooks or Chromebooks), Headset with noise cancellation feature- Main Internet should be a minimum of 20MBPs, wired only- An Antivirus Software should be installed, activated, and updated- Backup Internet- Quiet Workplace
