JOB PURPOSE:
The position is to assist the customer interaction regarding documentary requirements.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate with Clients.
- Preparation of import/export documents.
- Preparation of SIS.
- Preparation of Invoices.
- Coordinate with the operation and accounting team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor of Science in Finance, Management, or any other related courses.
- At least one (1) year of experience in the same position.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Attention to detail.
- Teamwork.
- Good in office and documentary management.
- Willing to work in a fast pace environment.
