Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative (Chat Support) to handle customer inquiries via chat.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat.
- Provide accurate product and service information.
- Assist customers with orders, tracking, and troubleshooting concerns.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure resolution.
- Maintain a friendly and helpful tone in all interactions.
- Keep records of customer interactions and update relevant databases.
- Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or chat support is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using chat platforms.
- Fast typing speed and attention to detail.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php500.00 per day
