- With a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operation or a related field
- -1-2 years experience as Tech support
- -Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- -Ability to explain technical issues to technical and non-technical employees and customers.
- -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
