Customer Service Representative (CSR)

• With a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operation or a related field
• -1-2 years experience as Tech support
• -Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• -Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• -Professional and pleasant telephone manner.
• -Ability to explain technical issues to technical and non-technical employees and customers.
• -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• -proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
