We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representatives to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to former customers, gathering feedback, and re-engaging them with attractive offers and personalized solutions. You will play a key role in driving sales performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to business growth.
This is a perfect opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and prior BPO sales experience, particularly in US or Canadian markets.
Responsibilities:
- Call recently canceled customers to collect feedback and identify the root cause of their cancellation.
- Offer strategic sales pitches and incentives (e.g., discounts, vouchers) to encourage customer retention and win-back opportunities.
- Upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate.
- Build rapport and establish positive relationships with each customer interaction.
- Meet or exceed defined KPIs and sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
- Accurately log customer interactions and update CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies, call scripts, and customer offers.
- Act as a brand ambassador by delivering consistent and professional service on every call.
- Stay informed on company products, policies, tools, and systems to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of BPO experience, preferably in outbound sales or upselling roles.
- Proven experience in handling US or Canadian accounts is strongly preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle rejections and objections in a calm and professional manner.
- Goal-oriented and able to work in a performance-driven environment.
- Willing to work on a night shift or shifting schedule, depending on business requirements.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, dialers, and other sales tools.
