Job Description
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience handling a BPO voice international account and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This is a purely onsite role based in Quezon City.
Location: 20th Floor, EXXA Tower, Bridgetowne Business Park, Eulogio Rodriguez Jr. Ave, Quezon City

Qualifications:
- High School Graduate
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a BPO voice international account
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willing to work onsite at Bridgetowne Business Park, Quezon City
Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide general support and build engaging relationships on every customer call or interaction
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and feedback
- Work towards achieving Customer Care team KPIs and targets
- Report and document any issues to the responsible departments
- Suggest ways to improve internal procedures and processes
