Job Description:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and healthcare providers.
Acts as the primary representative of the HMO on a provider-to-member basis. They serve as educators, care managers, and advocates on behalf of their members. They develop a relationship with the member in order to formulate a health plan that is tailored to specially cater to each member over the phone. Their primary goal is to care for and educate the patient in self-health management and to encourage patients to take a more proactive role in staying healthy.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any related medical course
- With or without clinical experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good in MS Excel
- Shifting schedule
- with BPO experience is a plus.
- Willing to be work on site
