Key Responsibilities
- Support U.S. healthcare professionals with administrative and operational tasks
- Manage communications through calls, email, and chat
- Ensure client-specific healthcare processes are followed accurately
- Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team culture
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of BPO experience (healthcare experience is a plus)
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule and U.S. holidays
- Adaptable, eager to learn, and team-oriented
