We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Intake Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client communications through multiple channels, ensuring a seamless and professional intake process for legal inquiries. Qualifications:
✅ At least 1 year of experience handling Chat and Email Support
✅ Experience handling Inbound and Outbound Calls
✅ Strong product knowledge and industry experience
✅ Excellent oral and written communication skills
✅ Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
✅ No record of AWOL or attendance issues
✅ Must have available Certificate of Employment (COE) and/or Exit Clearance
