Key Responsibilities
- Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with appointment scheduling and insurance verification
- Process billing inquiries and payment assistance
- Navigate healthcare management systems
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Meet quality and productivity metrics
Requirements
Must Have:
- 1+ years BPO experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Strong computer and multitasking skills
- Available for US time zones
Preferred:
- Healthcare/medical account experience
