Virtual Staffing Solutions is currently looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients’ customers, providing support through various communication channels. You will help resolve customer inquiries, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Maintain thorough and accurate customer records using CRM tools
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rates
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Previous experience in a back-office job role, particularly related to healthcare orders, document management, EMR tasks or home health services is preferred.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and patient rights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
