Description
Virtual Staffing Solutions is currently looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the completion and compliance of consent forms with legal and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to requests for paraprofessionals and escorts/translators by Health Clinical Staff.
- Determines appropriate licensed agency, transmits and monitors order for timely acceptance.
- Troubleshoots delays in orders and determines when to send out orders to other agencies.
- Provides feedback to customers on status of order, actions taken to secure acceptance, and responds/processes changes in orders to effect satisfactory resolutions.
- Negotiates alternative placement arrangements with customers/staff for complex/difficult to serve and notifies/consults with supervisor on best/alternative approach to handle unresolved placements.
- Records/documents/problem-solves basic and complex complaints/problems/issues in a timely and effective manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provides regular feedback to customers on status of issue from inception through resolution. Consults/collaborates with supervisor on how to handle unusual issues, repeat patient issues and refers complex issues onto supervisor, as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience in BPO home healthcare is preferred.
- Good understanding of healthcare regulations like HIPAA
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
