Description
Virtual Staffing Solutions is currently looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for members' inquiries. You will play a vital role in ensuring prompt and accurate processing of member information while providing exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and make outbound calls to prospective patients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Conduct medical pre-qualification screenings by verifying patient information, medical conditions, and prescription eligibility based on program guidelines.
- Accurately document all patient interactions and responses into the system while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless handoff to licensed agents or pharmacy staff when necessary.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, compliance updates, and campaign changes to ensure accurate information is relayed to patients.
- Meet and exceed daily performance metrics such as call handling time, quality assurance scores, and conversion rates.
- Handle patient concerns with empathy, patience, and professionalism, escalating complex issues to supervisors when needed.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- BPO experience in Customer Service, Sales, or as an Appointment Setter is a plus
- At least college level education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer use, data entry, and navigating various applications
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and processes
- Strong team player with a positive, coachable attitude
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets and quotas
