Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving product-related issues
- Address customer complaints and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate teams when needed
- Maintain a courteous and professional tone to ensure a positive customer experience
- Consistently meet performance metrics for call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- 5 Months of experience needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficient with computers and able to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a calm, solution-focused approach under pressure
- Capable of managing high call volumes in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
