Responsibilities and Duties:
- Computing the duties and taxes associated with shipment.
- Lodgment of entries to the Bureau of Customs (BOC).
- Checking and reviewing pre-alert documents.
- Applying for necessary import permits or clearances.
- Handling documentation for shipping line/ forwarder endorsement, intended for submission to BOC.
- Processing payment requests for shipping line/ forwarder transactions.
- Task of recording, maintaining and sending monitoring reports and status of shipments to clients.
- Other task that maybe assigned from time to time.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Graduate of BS Customs Administration or any related field (preferably licensed but not required)
- Knowledge in Customs and Tariff Laws and Goods Declaration Lodgment through VASP.
- Reliability, integrity, meticulous and has ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Good oral/written communication
- Good knowledge of MS Office Applications
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
