- Plan, deliver, and execute projects and programs
- Ensure execution of delivery work across clients or portfolios
- Address performance issues and implement continuous improvement
- Manage recruiting, staffing, people engagement, and capacity of service delivery staff

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: • Standard SDL profile; minimum 3 years of experience in Telco field • At least 7 to 8 years of solid experience; 5 years of supervisory experience
