Overall Purpose:
As a key player in the Finance Experience Team, the Purchasing Analyst will have responsibility to monitor and respond queries to suppliers and internal customers specific typology of requests (can include but not limited to contracting, purchase orders, payment related queries, etc.)

Overall Purpose:
As a key player in the Finance Experience Team, the Purchasing Analyst will have responsibility to monitor and respond queries to suppliers and internal customers specific typology of requests (can include but not limited to contracting, purchase orders, payment related queries, etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all queries are processed as per SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) and KPI” s (Key Performance Indicators) which are set out for the team
- Take ownership of complex queries ensuring end to end service with an emphasis on excellent customer satisfaction and attention to detail
- Ensure understanding of team SLAs & KPIs and align to management’s vision and direction
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of products and services offered by the client and stay updated on changes
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Team Manager
- Act as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for the team, upholding best practices and quality standards.
- Supporting Purchasing and overall S2P team with project related tasks, process optimization and efficiency improvements
- Conduct training sessions for new team members

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of Procurement or Procure to Pay (P2P) experience in a global company
