The Dev Business Analyst will work on Infor's HR Talent application and will be responsible for evaluating project needs and creating leading-edge solutions through various types of documentation (e.g., client requirements and specifications, product specifications, design documents, knowledge transfers, etc.). They will communicate these with project stakeholders, which may include both internal and external clients.He/she will also be tasked with helping to resolve application bugs, implement enhancements, and expand the HR Talent application. Additionally, they will address customer-reported issues within the defined Service Level Objectives by investigating and triaging reported tickets.
What You Will Need?Required skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including using, supporting, or testing commercial/business applications
- Strong problem-solving, interviewing, elicitation, and fact-finding skills
- Experience with use-case modeling and design documentation
- Familiarity with PCs, servers, and various software applications
- Knowledge of IT and HR domains
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Team player
- Can complete self-paced trainings under minimal supervision
- Able to work with under pressure and within tight deadlines with a positive attitude
- Able to communicate and participate during meetings and reviews with US counterparts and willing to attend the meetings/reviews which might be scheduled early in the morning or late night.
- Expertise in software BA principles and practices and also in HCM-domain industry.
- Able to work independently on large and/or complex technical projects
- Knowledge in US Payroll processes is a huge plus
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Represents requirements using alternative views, such as analysis models (diagrams), prototypes, user stories, or scenarios
- Participates in requirements analysis/verification, ensuring that requirement statements are in accordance with approved methodology
- Writes product designs/specifications according to standard templates and in accordance with system design specifications
- Identifies user classes, documents user class characteristics/user patterns.
- Participates in the formulation of project plans
- Performs integration testing and systems testing of new development work
- Provides guidance to less experienced analysts
- Creates user documentations, training materials, knowledge base articles and coordinates with other technical documentation team members for the completion of all necessary notes, both external and internal
- Participates in design reviews to ensure requirements were interpreted correctly
