DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Marketing
- Develop and execute social media content strategy, including a content calendar, aligned with marketing goals
- Create high-quality, engaging visual content (image and video) and write on-brand copy for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube @thethirdeyewellness
- Manage and maintain social media accounts, monitor metrics, and strategize accordingly
SEO and Brand Building
- Conduct research to boost ranking on the top 2 search engines (i.e. Google and YouTube), strategize based on findings, implement the action plan, measure results, and recommend improvements
- Write and publish SEO-boosting blog posts 1-2x a week
- Create/update website content and landing pages that actually convert
- Monitor website analytics, user experience, and trends, and implement areas for improvement
Lead Generation
- Develop and execute a content collaboration plan with content creators/ thought leaders/ industry experts to be in front of new audiences
- Develop and execute lead generation activities such as crafting lead magnets, sales pages, etc.
Other Responsibilities
- Create/update graphics such as posters, brochures, and slides for events, classes, and proposals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, and coordinate with clients and healers for content marketing purposes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and be active in brainstorming by proposing ideas for improvement
PREFERRED BACKGROUND: Digital Marketing, Communications, and Visual Arts

MAIN TOOLS USED: Canva, Meta Business Suite, ChatGPT
WORK SETUP: On-site in Paseo de Magallanes Commercial Center, Makati City (casual attire if there are no events/clients), Monday to Friday, 8-Hour Dayshift, Full-time
