Job Summary:
The Digital Planner is responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, testing, and enhancement of digital customer touchpoints including the website, social media platforms, email, and mobile marketing initiatives. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing efforts aligned with brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the planning, development, coordination, and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
2. Assist in formulating strategies to drive online traffic and enhance customer engagement through various digital communication channels.
3. Coordinate, implement, and monitor digital promotions, brand partnerships, and customer communications including email, mobile, social media, and point-of-sale channels and report on campaign effectiveness.
4. Manage administrative tasks related to digital promotions, including coordination of prizes, competition permits, and compliance requirements.
5. Assist in sourcing and coordinating product images and other digital assets required for websites, email marketing, and social media content.
6. Collaborate with the Digital Supervisor in consolidating and aligning comprehensive digital plans.
7. Prepare and submit regular reports, including but not limited to: management committee (ManCom) reports, campaign performance, brand metrics, project lists, and budget allocations.
8. Provide administrative support to the Digital & Public Relations department as needed.
9. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, following appropriate training and orientation.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
