1. Develop and maintain strong relationships between the company and key distributors, ensuring mutual growth and success.
2. Monitor distributor performance and promptly address any issues or discrepancies to maintain optimal operations.
3. Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics team to ensure timely and accurate product delivery to distributors.
4. Analyze market trends and sales data to develop strategies aimed at increasing market penetration and expanding distribution networks.
5. Ensure adequate stock levels to consistently meet customer demands.
6. Open/Assist new retail and wholesale accounts for the distributor
7. Prepare and maintain accurate records of all distributor agreements, transactions, and communications, ensuring transparency and compliance.
8. Responsible for managing key accounts clients.
9. Achieve the sales objective/target set by the Regional Sales Manager
10. Quote and negotiate prices, credit terms, listing fees, and prepare contracts
11. Ensure profit ability on commercial offers presented.
12. Provides feedback on organizations for sales forecasting.
13. Ensure the placement of PO from the client to increase sales.
14. Timely and regular collection of sales from the client.
15.Submit weekly and monthly report as defined by the Senior ASM/Regional Sales Manager
