Job Summary
The Service Management Operations Analyst - Credit and Documentation is assigned in providing after sales services to Residential and memorial buyers of the company. The role of this position is to process buyer’s request and other general services being handled by the department.
Job Responsibilities
- Familiarize with company software including IFCA, NOAH, SNRDCS, ISA, and other company software by attending company provided trainings.
- Processing of Official Request Form (ORF) from branches (Assorted Requests)
- Processing of Title transfer under buyer’s name for residential projects
- Processing of Certificate of Ownership Request for memorial projects
- Processing of Notice of Cancellation
Work Location
- Head Office - Lot 10-A, Brgy. Makiling, Calamba City, Laguna
Working Experience
- Fresh Graduate
Educational Background
- Graduate of any Brachelor's Degree
